Perishable and Expiring Items

Due to the nature of our business, items that expire sooner than one month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Eligible Returns

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of purchase, unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer service team and we’ll arrange a free shipping label for the return.

Damaged, Rotten, or Contaminated Products

If a product arrives damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away. We’ll be happy to send a free replacement, regardless of the product’s expiration date.
