You waive any right to trial by jury.

Statute of Limitation. Any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Website, the Products, or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year of the claim arising, or it will be permanently barred.

Waiver of Class Action Rights. By entering into this Agreement, you irrevocably waive any right to join your claims with those of others in a class action or similar proceeding. Any claims must be asserted individually.
