Hommix Food Delights LLP began with a simple idea: the podis, vadagams, and vadams made in a Tirunelveli kitchen tasted better than anything on a supermarket shelf — and families who had moved away missed exactly that taste.
We started by sharing recipes with our local community. The response was immediate and honest: people wanted more, and they wanted it made the same unhurried way — sun-dried vadagams, hand-ground podis, nothing rushed and nothing chemical.
That's still how every batch is made today. We're FSSAI certified, we ship pan-India, and you'll find us on the shelf at Pothys superstores across South India — but the process hasn't changed since the first batch left our kitchen.
